We will plan our delivery and collection routes carefully, combining journeys wherever possible to reduce unnecessary mileage and fuel use. We’ll continue to look at ways of keeping our carbon footprint as low as reasonably possible, without compromising the reliable service our customers expect.

We are committed to keeping the waste we collect within the UK and will not send waste abroad. Wherever possible, we aim to ensure waste is handled responsibly through appropriate UK-based facilities. We’ll also keep our fleet of vehicles properly maintained and operating efficiently, helping to reduce unnecessary fuel consumption and emissions while ensuring our vehicles remain safe and reliable.
